AWARDS AND PRIZE MONEY:

Awards Distribution:
Upon completing a race the athlete should present his/herself at the "Awards Distribution Area." After presenting a photo ID, the rider will need to fill out a payment form and provide necessary information for tax purposes which include social security numbers or FEIN numbers if operating as a team/business. Team/businesses will need to fill out a W-9 form in accordance with the federal guidelines tax code before given final payment distribution. All forms if not filled out on site must be filled out and mailed back to Special Events Management (SEM), 2221 W. 43rd Street, Chicago, IL 60609 in order to receive prize money.
No prize money will be paid unless you have provided the following current information on a W-9 or payment form:
- Social Security or Tax ID Number
- Exact name of payee to receive payment
- If listed as a team, provide individual riders information
- Complete and accurate mailing address
- Email address
- Current telephone number for contact purposes
Check Distribution:
Prize money will be distributed after the event for all races except for the Professional Criterium Championship. Teams must inform and provide SEM with a list of riders who have placed in each race and for each rider receiving any other bonuses or primes. The TEAM MANAGER MUST provide SEM with the rider's license information and accumulated total to be collected. Amounts will be verified and the accumulated total will be written to each team once all tax information is properly filled out and provided to SEM. RULES AND ELIGIBILITY:

- All participants must wear an approved helmet.
- Each race will be a mass start.
- All USA Cycling rules apply.
- Non-competitive participants and racers in danger of being lapped will be asked to withdraw.
- Field limit 200.
