USA CYCLING INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S OPEN

The sport of women's bicycle racing shares all the skill, danger and teamwork you find in the men's elite events. The Women's Challenge has been a true international event showcasing many of the best female racers. Past winners include such greats as Canadian Olympic medalist Clara Hughes, World Champion Marianne Burgland, New Zealand's Tania Duff-Miller and Two-time Swedish Olympian Marie Holjer.

AWARDS AND PRIZE MONEY:

Winning athletes in non-championship events can pick up their awards or prize money on race day behind the main stage at the Award Distribution Tent. Championship event winners will be mailed a check, within 30 days after the event, to the address on the submitted application. Absolutely no money will be awarded for championship events on race day.

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY:

- All participants must wear an approved helmet.
- Each race will be a mass start.
- All USA Cycling rules apply.
- Non-competitive participants and racers in danger of being lapped will be asked to withdraw.
